About me…
Hi, I’m Diana, and I started this blog at the ripe old age of 22—back when I thought adulting meant knowing how to boil water. I’m from Panama, but I’ve collected passport stamps like some people collect shoes—living in France, Spain, Japan, the U.S., Portugal and Italy (I’ve probably spent more time in airports than at home).
I graduated from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon as a cook, so yes, I can whip up more than just instant ramen. I also studied at the Université du Vin, which is a fancy way of saying I learned how to taste wine without looking like a total amateur. Currently, I’m diving deep into the world of wine science with a Master’s in Vintage, because apparently, I can’t get enough of grapes!
